I am not sure of the practicality and safety of this form of transportation for our children:  All I know is that I love it!  Quinny is thinking outside of the box again, and I think that is a good thing.  Notice in the video that it is mostly Dads test driving the stroller!  What do you think?

Stroller Geek Alert!

I admit it, I am a stroller geek!  Here is a video showing the development and history of one of my favorite strollers, the Bugaboo.   I love the first Bugaboo prototype, it's so different and has come such a long way!    

Porsche is entering the Stroller Game!

I am more of a Toyota - Honda person, but when I saw this I just had to share.  Porsche has entered the stroller market with this sleek designed P'4911 model, created by industrial designer Dawid Dawod.  It's sleek, masculine, has ball bearing axle-less wheels , and supposedly will fit in the trunk of any Porsche.  My question is where does your child ride after the stroller has taken up the entire back seat area?  Who cares!  It's cool and Its a Porsche!  This is not on the market yet, but I can't wait to see one.  Cost?  It could set the new high mark for luxury strollers.  Again, who cares! It will be the true Porsche of strollers.

Hipster Dad!

Yes, you've seen him.  Carefully disheveled, i phone at the ready, laptop in messenger bag, pushing his baby in a Bugaboo.  His baby will be wearing a rock t shirt of one of his favorite bands from the eighties and wearing a sweet Goorin lid.  The Hipster Dad wants his baby to listen to the same music he does.  Hot Chip,  Phoenix, Broken Social Scene and, of course, Sonic Youth.   He never wears a suit and tie.
